Refund and Returns
You will have 30 days after you receive your order to return or exchange the product.
If there are quality problems or shipping damage, please contact us within 3 days after arrival.It is best to use pictures or videos to explain the problem. If the situation is true, we will refund you a 50%-100% refund.
If you need to return or exchange, please return and exchange within 7 days after receip and contact us.
All dates considered are based off of the INITIAL date of receiving the product. If you receive an exchange or similar, the return and refund policy will still be based off of the date the initial product was received.
All returned items must use the original packaging, and you must provide us with a shipping tracking number.
All parts of the returned product(s) must be in great working condition in order to receive full reimbursement for the products original cost.
If products are returned damaged the cost to replace the damaged parts will be deducted from your total refund amount or added on to your new invoice for the exchange of a new product.
You must pay the return postage. You will be refunded the total product value amount (minus processing fees) from your order once we receive and process your return. (Do NOT return Via UPS as additional import charges will be owed.).
If you return a product and there are duties, fees and taxes you will be responsible for the duties, fees and taxes.

Tattoopo guarantees return within 30 days after delivery if you are not satisfied with our electronic products. The return logistics cost shall be paid by the customers.
30 Day Returns Warranty
Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at our Support Center.

If the product is clearly damaged due to accident, misuse, abuse, alterations or vandalism, the warranty coverage will be void.
